All talent must maintain current and industry standard headshots. Adults need headshots every 1 to 2 years and youth every year, or anytime your look changes. We recommend:

All talent should be consistently training. Who you train with is a personal choice but you should be in a situation where you feel safe to be pushed and you are seeing results. We recommend:
